💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality digital services to our clients. However, due to the nature of digital work and intellectual effort involved, the following refund policy applies:
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Consulting / Strategy Services: Non-refundable once sessions or documentation is delivered.
- Website / Marketing Projects: Partial refunds may be considered only if cancellation is made within 5 days of project start and no significant effort has been expended.
- Subscriptions / Retainers: Refunds are not provided once the billing cycle begins unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
2. Event-Linked Services
For event-specific campaigns or services (like landing pages or promotional work), refunds are not applicable once work has commenced.
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after internal review.
